After many years of experience in hydraulic systems, the primary focus is on the technical details.
The banjo bolt is made with a recess at the cross hole, which always ensures that the oil can flow freely regardless of the position of the cross hole in relation to the outlet nipple on the banjo.
We use 0.8 mm. Nylon PA6 gaskets, as this makes assembly easier and ensures a good sealing ability that can also take into account slight unevenness in the assembly.
We have milled our security sleeve for o3 hose flat on one side so that it can be mounted with the flat side down against the valve block, cylinder etc. and thus provide a reasonable clearance so that the banjo can be clamped completely flat to the workpiece.
